According to Islam, dreams are not just a reflection of our thoughts. It can be good news from Almighty Allah, or it can be a warning. Therefore, we should have a good understanding of the subject of dreams.
Many of us think that dreams are just a problem. But for believers, dreams can be very significant and important. A good dream in the life of a believer can be good news, instructions from Alataar, or a warning to a servant of the believer.
According to philosophers, when a person sleeps, his brain moves with memories or rearranges what is considered a dream. According to them, some reflections of the human mind appeared in sleep. However, these words have nothing to do with reality.
Scholars with knowledge of Islam are divided on this issue. Scientists say that all dreams are not human imaginations. We have many meaningful dreams.

Conclusion: Good dreams come from Allah Ta’ara, and bad dreams come from Satan. If we have nightmares, we should immediately spit three times to the left and say Auzubillahhi Minash Shaitni rajim.
But neither of you will tell the truth again. This means you don’t spit out water. It must be spitting. According to the hadith,
The word “nafas” appears in the hadiths, meaning easy spitting without water. May Allah Ta’Allah grant us beautiful and effective dreams. Everyone Says “Amen”
