Story books are good companions for our childhood and youth! There are many people who do not have the patience to read a ten-minute textbook but can spend hours reading any history book or novel! Most teenage boys and girls love the detective or detective fiction genre! Today I want to discuss five of my favorite detective series that I still sit down and read when I have time.
1. Three Detectives: I can’t express how much I personally love this series. As a child, I even stole books from this series, and if for some reason I was still worried, I sat down with the three detectives and found some kind of strange peace. At first, Rakib Hasan wrote a series of books, but later, Shamsuddin Nawab took on the roles of three detectives, where the main characters were Kishore Pasha, Robin Mills Ford, and Musa Aman. In addition, the most famous characters are Rashed Pasha, Zina, and Omar Sharif.
2. Masud Rana: Undoubtedly the most popular detective in our country! The popular character was created by Kazi Anwar Hossain, owner of Seva Prakash. Since the publication of the first story, Dhwans Pahar, in 1966, the series has enjoyed a monopoly for nearly five generations. About four hundred stories have been published in this series. Apart from the protagonist Masood Rana, some other prominent characters in the series are Rahat Khan, Kabir Chowdhury, Sulta, and Sohail.
3. Misir Ali: Although the character is not exactly a detective, the story of the series is also nice! One of the most popular fiction writers in Bangladesh, Humayun Ahmed, has great work on the character of Misir Ali. He uses logic to solve various psychological problems and mysteries of the human brain! He is a very realistic person. According to him, I am not without foundation anywhere in the world.
4. Ferruda: It is absolutely impossible to find someone who has read detective novels but never heard the name Ferruda! Feluda is an equally popular Bengali detective and the first Bengali popular detective! The creator of this character is the legendary writer and filmmaker Satyajit Roy! Feluda has written a total of 35 novels, as well as some unfinished novels that he has completed. Can’t go
5. Bomcash Bakshi: Another one of my favorite detective characters and novels. Created by Shardindu Bandhopadhyay, this character is more comfortable presenting himself as a detective than a detective. While we are used to seeing detectives in other serials, Bomcash Bakshi is married. You could say it’s a little different from other detectives.
