Amazon has blamed the seller for the incident.Confused mess! Ordered Redmi 8A Dual smartphone on Amazon. And got Rin Bar soap. Something similar has recently happened to a resident of New Delhi. This is what happened to Amazon.
Corona is where everyone is shopping for most of the things online, so there is no need to go out and get home the things of choice. And with that there is also a discount. However, many times while shopping online, you have to read in the face of suffering. Something like this has happened with Naman Vaishya, a resident of Delhi.
The Great Indian Festival Sale is running in Amazon India and this cell has attractive discounts and offers on smartphones, home appliances, accessories and other products. He took the opportunity to order a Redmi 8A Dual smartphone from Amazon to buy a new phone. But after delivery, he opened the packet and saw that there was 14 rupees Rin laundry soap inside.
I have order MI redmi 8A dual on 24 October in exchange and today we gave our old phone in exchange to delivery boy and received an empty box with a #rin soup bar
Dear Amazon please don't break consumer's trust and get this thing resolve

Naman reported the incident in a post on Twitter. In that tweet, he posted pictures of order details and soap. At the same time, he has expressed his annoyance for this suffering. Although Amazon has blamed the seller for the incident, and has promised to fix the next 4-5 issues.
However, this is not the first time such an incident has taken place. Something similar happened in June with a resident of Kolkata. Ordered the Communist Manifesto. And got Bhagwat Gita. The book Communist Manifesto was ordered by Sutirtha Das of Calcutta. Ordered immediately after seeing the book available at a good discount on Amazon. He also received a message that the book would be delivered by June 12 or 13. The message came to him on Saturday morning that the book would be delivered on the same day. When he returned home in the evening, he saw that the Bhagavad Gita had been delivered to him instead of the book he had ordered. He ordered a ‘Communist Manifesto’ for 140 rupees and got a 120-page Bhagwat Gita written in English.
Another such incident took place in Pune. The customer orders a skin lotion from Amazon for 300 rupees. As soon as he opened the packet, he saw that he had received an expensive headphone instead of lotion. He then called and asked the company’s customer care to return the headphones. But he was made clear that it was not returnable. As a result, it cannot be returned.
