Actor Shakib Khan has sent a legal notice to SMC Enterprise claiming tk 4 crore for breach of contract. This notice has been sent to MD Abdul Haque and GM Khandaker Shamim of SMC Enterprise.
Shakib Khan’s lawyer Olora Afrin confirmed that the notice was sent on Wednesday (September 6). He said that this notice was sent by registry mail and e-mail on September 5.
According to the notice, actor Shakib Khan signed a one-year contract with SMC Enterprise. That deal expires on June 30, 2022. After that, the company is using Shakib Khan’s image and brand image without extending or canceling the contract. It is not possible to enter into a contract with any other organization without canceling the contract. Due to which Shakib Khan is suffering a lot. 4 crore compensation is demanded for running this ad for 6 months without shakib khan’s permission.
Shakib Khan signed with SMC Enterprise from March 2019. It is said to be valid till June 30, 2022.
