Google is bringing changes in the drive service. Items will no longer be in the Trash section of Google Drive for more than 30 days from 30 October. That is, every 30 days the trash file will be automatically deleted.
Currently, various items remain in the Google Drive trash indefinitely. The user has to delete the unnecessary items from there. Google is going to change this process in the end. With the new Drive feature, G-Suite users will be able to restore items from the Trash section within 25 days.
Meanwhile, various media reports have said that Google may re-design Gmail. It is rumored that with the change of Gmail logo, several new features will be added to the service. Gmail has been using the same logo since 2004.
The traditional Gmail logo is an English M-shaped envelope. There will be a few changes to the new logo. One of the notable ones is the space on the back of the old logo may have an icon on the Android home screen. In addition, the angles of M may be slightly more rounded than before.
